Our Story
A family-run shutter & blind specialist
Smart Shutters & Blinds is a proudly local, family-run business based in Stockton Heath, Warrington. We specialise in bespoke plantation shutters and made-to-measure blinds, with a growing range of motorised garage doors and awnings.
Every project — from a single window to a full home — gets the same personal attention. We measure, advise, manufacture and install ourselves, which is why our customers keep coming back and recommending us to family and friends.

How a job works with us
It starts with a free home measure. Jonathan or Tony visits, looks at the windows, talks through materials, louvre sizes and colours, and leaves you with a written quote and no obligation. Once you're happy, we order your shutters to the measurements taken on the day. Lead time confirmed when you order. On fitting day the same people who measured come back to install, so nothing gets lost between a salesperson and a fitter.
Where we work
We're based on Chapel Lane in Stockton Heath and cover a 20-mile radius of WA4 6LL, including Warrington and nearby North Cheshire. You're welcome to visit the showroom inside Smart Furnishings before you book, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm, to handle real shutter and blind samples.
Our Values
Bespoke. Family-run. Personal.
As a proud member of the Warrington community, we value the relationships we build with our customers. We're dedicated to providing personalised service from the initial consultation to the final installation — ensuring your experience with us is seamless, enjoyable and built to last.
